Cannonside Ltd required architectural services to design an apartment scheme on a very small derelict plot of land located in south west London. The scheme went through a vigorous design process with the client and the local planning authority.
With numerous design options internally and externally. The process meant there were 3 pre application meetings with the local planning authority prior to an extensive full planning application. The design incorporates all requirements when designing within a London Borough and meets all planning policy requirements.
Each modern apartment is finished to a high contemporary standard with unique architectural features along with private amenity space.
